Catholic Recruiting Solutions assists Catholic Schools, Dioceses, Religious Communities, Foundations and Ministries with identifying leaders who will enhance the mission, culture and performance of the organization. The key moments in leadership transitions are defining events. We utilize a disciplined search process, a national reach, fluency with Catholic identity and a deep understanding of the organization to help institutions find leaders who will support, stabilize and lead the community forward. Our Purpose

Our mission is to help Catholic institutions attract and retain extraordinary leaders who exemplify Mission, Character, Professionalism and Pastoral Awareness.
