Executive Search & Talent Acquisition for Catholic Institutions

Catholic schools require leaders that are knowledgeable of the governance models, and are familiar with the dynamics of the parishes, the diocese, and community relationships. The candidates for the aforementioned positions must possess a strategic mindset, strong relationship building abilities, be knowledgeable about finances, and have the ability to clearly articulate and communicate the mission of the organization.
